East Ayrshire
East Ayrshire lies to the South of Glasgow and is centred around Kilmarnock, a town of around 45,000. It's an inland and largely rural area with rolling hills covering most of its territory. Other towns and villages include Stewarton, Galston, Mauchline, Auchinleck and Cumnock. East Ayrshire has good transport links with a rail line running through the heart of it to Glasgow.
